Since 2003, I have been a client of Avenue Pilates and Fitness, Delray Beach, Florida, training with Frederico Nogueira, Jean Magrella, and Carla Dunlap-Kaan.
In July 2017, I began the Certification process: I received Core Mat I Certification, July 2017; Core Mat II, February 2018; and Comprehensive Certification October 2018.
I am a trainer at Avenue Pilates and Fitness, under Kim Khazzam, as well as at Abbey Delray North and South and Harbour's Edge, under Mike Schmidt, in Delray Beach, Florida.
I have been a dancer, Ballet, Character, Jazz, Tap since June 1973.
